• Ongoing support and optimization

Website Use

Our website includes an AI-powered intake form that generates personalized insights. When using this feature:

• AI-generated insights are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice
• Results may vary and are based solely on the information you provide
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from implementing suggestions

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website

Consulting Services

For paid consulting services, additional terms may apply as specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Services are provided as described in your specific proposal or agreement
• Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement

Intellectual Property

Deliverables

For consulting engagements, ownership of deliverables will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, customized materials created for your organization will be owned by you upon full payment.

Third-Party Services

Our services may involve or recommend third-party tools and services, including:

• Anthropic Claude: AI services subject to Anthropic's terms and policies
• CRM platforms: Such as Blackbaud, Salesforce, etc.
• Other productivity tools: As recommended during engagements

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from AI implementation
• AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated insights
• Technology evolves rapidly; our advice reflects current best practices

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue
